Please note that it is for guidance only, as the schedule may be adjusted to remain flexible and adapt to the needs of the group, changing circumstances, or external factors such as weather.

Day 2 – Practice & Ceremony 

06:30 – 08:00 | Pranayama & meditation

08:00 – 09:00 | Breakfast

09:00 – 14:00  | Mindful hike to waterfall

14:30 – 15:30    | Lunch

15:30 – 17:00    | Rest / siesta

17:00 – 19:00    | 1:1 private consultation with Mamita

19:00 – 20:30   | Intention setting & journaling

21:00 | Ceremony
